Una Mole di Panettoni: the fourteenth edition has come to an end.

The fourteenth edition of Una Mole di Panettoni, the Turin event dedicated to the ultimate leavened cake, has come to a close, once again winning the hearts of both enthusiasts and professionals.

From November 28 to 30, the prestigious Hotel Principi di Piemonte opened its doors to 31 exhibitors from all over Italy. Master bakers had the opportunity to showcase their creations, sharing the passion and artistry behind each panettone. In this journey, our paper baking moulds accompanied each of them, helping to transform every cake into a true masterpiece.

On the first day of the event, the winners of the fourteenth edition were announced, selected by a jury of excellence that, on November 24, carefully tasted all the entries to capture their nuances and choose the best in each category.
