Panettone basso baking moulds are a practical and efficient solution for the pastry and baking industry. Thanks to their high-quality, heat-resistant materials and compliance with food contact standards, these moulds guarantee uniform baking and optimal handling of production processes.

Ecopack’s panettone basso baking moulds are made on high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal size tolerance. They withstand baking at up to 220 °C and freezing.

The baking moulds for panettone basso are certified and approved for food contact.

The smooth exterior of the vertical band makes the moulds suitable for automatic unstacking machines.
For a more artisanal use, the low panettone baking moulds are also available with a smooth inside band and corrugated outside with a horizontal wave.
