Una Mole di Panettoni: Ecopack confirmed as official sponsor for the 2nd consecutive year!

We are delighted to announce that, for the 2nd consecutive year, Ecopack will be sponsoring Una Mole di Panettoni, the Turin-based event dedicated to the iconic italian Christmas Panettone.

Turin, our roots

It is right here, where artisanal know-how meets an innovative vision, that over 80 years ago Ecopack began designing, developing, and producing tailor-made solutions for professionals in the bakery and confectionery world.

Over time, we have grown and evolved into an international company, with six production sites worldwide. Despite our global reach, we continue to carry the Turin spirit wherever we go. Una Mole di Panettoni 2025

From November 28 to 30, 2025, the Hotel Principi di Piemonte will become a unique stage for artisanal leavened delicacies. Enveloping aromas, guided tastings, and networking moments will make this edition an unforgettable sensory experience.

During the event, master bakers will compete in four categories:

• Best traditional Milanese-style panettone (tall, without glaze)

• Best traditional Piedmontese-style panettone (short, with glaze)

• Best creative panettone

• Best chocolate panettone, a major new addition this year!

Una Mole di Panettoni is a true showcase for panettone, featuring open tastings and the opportunity to purchase products of the highest quality. It is not only an event for lovers of leavened goods but also a chance to explore artisanal techniques and innovations in their preparation.
