We design industrial baking cups according to the customer’s specifications: base, height, and top are defined together to ensure maximum efficiency and compatibility with existing production systems. Every detail is carefully engineered to optimize performance, reduce waste, and ensure operational continuity.

Customization and production flexibility

Customization is at the core of our approach. We offer highly flexible solutions to meet specific needs, even the most complex ones:

Materials engineered for performance

In addition to a wide range of formats, Ecopack baking cups are made from papers available in different weights and technical properties. This allows each product characteristic to be precisely calibrated to the customer’s actual needs, ensuring optimal performance at every stage of the production process.

From the denesting phase through to oven release, every element is designed to operate reliably and continuously.
All Ecopack baking cups are oven-resistant up to 220 °C and freezer-safe down to −18 °C, maintaining their integrity and performance.
