Ecopack pies, paper baking moulds with rolled edges include a wide range of round, rectangular and square shapes ranging from single-portion to large formats and are suitable for both sweet and savoury preparations such as tarts, quiches, cakes, loaf cakes, focaccia, etc.

They are suitable for baking at up to 220 °C and for freezing.

The non-stick, greaseproof paper means that the cake moulds do not need to be buttered before use, allowing easy removal of the product after baking. The moulds with rolled edges are suitable for use on automatic de-baking machines. Microperforation and customisation are available on request.
