With their minimalist aesthetics, the plumcake baking moulds meet all requirements in terms of size and capacity for baking cake batters and savoury recipes.

Ecopack’s plumcake baking moulds are designed for high heat resistance and perfect temperature distribution, ensuring consistent results even in large-scale production.

Ecopack’s plumcake baking moulds are made on high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal dimensional tolerance, and are suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines.

They withstand baking at up to 220 °C and freezing. The plumcake moulds are certified and approved for food contact.

The plumcake moulds are available in various sizes, with or without gold flower printing, and also in a silicone-coated version to allow for greater product release after baking. Plumcake moulds can be used to bake different types of preparations, both sweet and savoury.

For the production of baked cakes in medium and large quantities, plumcake moulds offer a high degree of convenience, facilitating easy release of the cake and reducing processing time. Plumcake moulds are a practical and efficient solution for the pastry and baking industry. Thanks to their high-quality, heat-resistant materials that meet food contact standards, these plumcake moulds guarantee uniform baking and optimal handling of production processes.
