The muffin tray system makes it possible to have ramekins and a baking tray in one solution, ready to use on automatic lines. The cardboard tulip tray, on the other hand, is the ideal solution for small producers.

To optimise production processes, Ecopack offers muffin, tulip and lotus trays, an effective alternative to metal and silicone moulds. These disposable moulds allow for uniform baking and a significant reduction in processing time, making them a strategic choice for large-scale confectionery manufacturers.

The muffin tray system makes it possible to have ramekins and baking trays in a single solution, ready to use on automatic lines, without the need for metal trays and facilitating the production process. The muffin trays are available in 2 different formats: 24 50 g cups (white or coloured), or 24 100 g cups.

Dotted perforations along the edges of the cardboard allow the tray to be divided into smaller portions.

Ecopack also offers a support for baking tulip and lotus ramekins, a practical double-sided cardboard baking tray suitable for all sizes, easy to assemble and reusable.
