SUITABLE FOR DENESTERS
The round moulds with rolled edge in cardboard with PET are even more resistant: the PET layer offers an additional barrier against fats and liquids. They are suitable for any type of dough, both sweet and savory: tarts, savory pies, focaccia, omelettes and many other recipes. They are oven-safe up to 220 °C, they can be used on automatic destacking machines. In the Professional Line package they are ideal for bakery professionals.
