The rectangular mould with rolled edge in cardboard with PET coating is even more resistant: the PET layer offers an additional barrier against fats and liquids. These molds are suitable for any type of dough, both sweet and savory: tarts, savory pies, focaccia, omelettes and many other recipes. They are oven-safe up to 220 °C, they can be used on automatic destacking machines.
