The “Plumpy” tall rectangular moulds with rolled edge, brown paper version, are available in three sizes. The thin layer of silicone makes them suitable for any type of dough, both sweet and savory. They are oven-safe up to 220 °C, can be used on automatic destacking machines and are recyclable with paper according to the Aticelca method for Italy and 4evergreen for Europe. In combination with the PET lid, they are suitable for delivery and take away.
