Uovo di Colomba with Ecopack molds


Easter is getting close and as usual egg and colomba molds are protagonist of this event. Our egg shaped mold has given shape to Uovo di Colomba by Andrea Tortora, pastry chef at 3 stars Michelin Restaurant St Hubertus in San Cassiano di Badia. Andrea Tortora has presented his creation last sunday at “Cibo a Regola d’Arte”, event about cooking organized by daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.
