The rectangular mould with rolled edge has a thin layer of silicone that makes it suitable for any type of dough, both sweet and savory. It is oven-safe up to 220 °C, can be used on automatic destacking machines and is recyclable with paper according to the Aticelca method for Italy and 4evergreen for Europe.
