Panettone alto moulds, formats and papers for every need

From the panettoncino, suitable for muffins, to the large formats for the traditional Christmas cake, the Ecopack panettone alto baking moulds boast a wide range of sizes. Ecopack’s panettone alto baking moulds are made with high-precision automatic lines, which allow for minimal size tolerance, making the moulds suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines.

They withstand baking up to 220 °C, freezing and are certified compostable and approved for food contact.

The high panettone moulds are available in two versions: smooth band or rigid with an outer vertical wave. The versions with smooth kraft or brown band without printing and rigid with outer wave are OK Compost Industrial certified compostable.

For the baking industry, Ecopack offers a range of panettone alto baking moulds designed to guarantee stability and resistance to high temperatures. The high panettone baking moulds are designed to maintain the shape of the product without the need for additional containers, ensuring optimal support for leavening and baking.
For the production of baked cakes in medium and large quantities, the panettone baking moulds offer a high degree of convenience, facilitating easy release of the cake and reducing processing time: they are a practical and efficient solution for the pastry and baking industry.
